Boiler guarantee / issues
If your boiler has a fault that you cannot rectify then you must contact the boiler manufacturer. Contact numbers for customer services and technical support can be found in your user handbook. When calling you will need to quote your name, address and boiler serial number.
Please remember to check your manufacturer’s handbook as some issues can be a very simple fix. From time to time boilers will lose pressure and require water adding to the system. This is something you can do, so please refer to your handbook or click here and scroll down to the Home Heating Tips section where there are some helpful videos on how to do this.
Complaints
Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution.
